Your responsibilities

You will lead our marketing efforts and set our vision

  • Architect the enterprise-wide marketing technology vision, strategy and roadmap in concert with Marketing, Technology, Digital, IT, Sales and Procurement departments.
  • Define and execute corporate marketing and brand strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging and positioning
  • Research and recommend new marketing technology and products
  • Identify and prioritize use cases for near-term pilots
  • Oversee global event strategy for conferences, industry events, and others events

You will also lead the marketing department

  • Start pilot projects
  • Identify and consolidate multiple instances of same or similar marketing technology products and establish standards for technology use across the company
  • Work with other departments to design and manage internal workflows and processes
  • Lead the implementation and integration of Marketing tech systems into Global marketing, including training
  • Manage, build, and lead a strong team by recruiting, coaching and developing team members

You will identify marketing gaps

  • Lead procurement in the negotiation and contracting with external vendors
  • Monitor the performance of marketing technology products
  • Integrate marketing technology products with non-marketing systems
  • Gather and manage business and data requirements across each line of business and audience type
  • Catalog existing marketing tech spend and conduct ROI measurement and performance tracking across the enterprise

Your qualifications

12+ years of experience in corporate marketing in the software industry, preferably within an area of application development

Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and experience with marketing automation platforms and/or marketing technology systems

Demonstrated experience in ability to manage complex projects and Process Improvement strategies across various groups

Exceptional organizational abilities and demonstrated excellence with data management, and use of related tools; experience in data quality within marketing technology products

Proven experience bringing new campaigns and ideas to life
